OUR MISSION
Our Protection Services Division creates and maintains a safe zone for all individuals we are assigned to protect.
We:
. Provide safe and secure environments
. Ensure the integrity of individuals within our responsibility
Secure Transport
- Qualified, trained and experienced protection officers
- Secure transport from a designated point of pickup to a pre-determined and qualified safe location
- 24-hour protection services
- Officers are trained in room clearance protocols, critical response and incident management
- Officers are prepared to provide emergency first aid
Sensitive Support
- Experienced officers are provided for family members
- Escort services to and from schools, churches, sporting and other events family members are required to attend
- Officers provide either close proximity or safe distance support
- Depending on the event or requirement, officers may either be plainclothers or uniform
Personal Profiles
- Personal profiles are developed on all clients and their families
- Information is stored in a safe and secure manner
- Information is accessed by the designated Protection Officer at the request of the client or, the clients designate
- Files are accessed only for the purpose which they are designed for
Secure Meetings
- Protection Officers pre-determine safe and secure environments prior to scheduled and unscheduled meetings
- Safe and secure environments are maintained during the course of the meeting
